My stay at Majorel Perle Hotel was a mixed experience. Initially, I was disappointed with my room arrangement and maintenance issues, but after switching rooms, my stay became much more enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight, served with kindness from the staff, making for a positive end to my visit. 🌟

I originally booked a Superior Triple Room but was given an incorrect room with a big bed and one single bed. The next day, I moved to the room I initially wanted, which had a balcony and was very comfortable.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally kind and helpful. Though I had an issue initially with the room, they were courteous in addressing it.
Location

The location wasn't ideal, but it served its purpose during my stay.
Dining

The breakfast was good with a variety of options, although it wasn’t a buffet. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel had basic facilities, there were maintenance issues like a flashing bathroom light and an improperly closing window in my first room.

I had a fantastic stay at the Majorel Perle Hotel. the location was perfect, being central and close to everything I needed in Marrakesh. The staff were incredibly helpful, and I truly formed friendships during my time there. However, the breakfast selection could use a bit more variety.

This hotel has an excellent location, just a short ten-minute drive away from key attractions. it made exploring Marrakesh so convenient.

Breakfast was enjoyable but I wished for more selection. they had a few good options, but a buffet style could elevate the experience.

I didn’t use many facilities but had access to room service and laundry. everything seemed clean and well-maintained during my stay.

I had a mixed experience at Majorel Perle Hotel. While my final room was quite comfortable and the breakfast was good, my initial stay was less than ideal due to room mix-ups. The pool area was clean but a bit small, and the spa facilities were not as expected.

Rooms
7.0
I was initially given a room that didn’t match my booking, but my second room was much better and had a lovely balcony. It felt much more suitable for my needs compared to the first one.
Service
8.0
The staff were generally kind and helpful, especially during the room change process. They tried to accommodate my needs, which I appreciated.
Location
6.0
The location was decent, although not exceptionally standout. It felt more like a converted house than a traditional hotel.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was enjoyable with good variety, but lunch and dinner options fell short. If you want a meal later in the day, better to plan ahead.
Facilities
5.0
The pool was clean, but small. The spa was misleading as it turned out to be a laundry room, which was disappointing.

I had a good stay at Majorel Perle Hotel Riad, with some ups and downs. The breakfast was quite good and served earlier than requested, which I appreciated. However, I was a bit taken aback by the room situation on my first night, which didn't meet my expectations for three separate beds. Overall, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience enjoyable.

Rooms
7.0
My first room was not what I booked, having only two beds instead of three, which was disappointing. Thankfully, I got moved to the correct room the next day, and it was much more comfortable with a nice balcony. However, the initial window issue did make me feel a bit unsafe at first.
Service

The staff were truly fantastic. They were always kind and helpful, and I formed a bond with them throughout my stay. Their service definitely enhanced my experience.
Location

I found the hotel's location quite convenient. It was a short walk to Jardin Majorelle, and despite parking challenges in Marrakesh, I never had trouble finding a spot near the hotel.
Dining

Breakfast was good and I appreciated the variety, although a bit more selection could have been nice. It was not a buffet, but the staff were friendly and attentive.
Facilities

The hotel offered various facilities like room service and daily housekeeping, which made my stay comfortable. I also liked that there was a helpful grocery shopping service.

5.0/10

My stay was pretty mixed. The location was decent, close to Jardin Majorelle, and I loved the breakfast options. But I had a tough time with the room arrangements and some cleanliness issues.

Rooms
5.0
I booked a family suite but got switched to a different room without proper notice. The first room had a window that wouldn't close properly, making it feel less secure. The second room was better, but the initial mix-up was frustrating.
Service
6.0
The staff at the restaurant were super friendly and helped out with breakfast timings. However, communication at the front desk was rough since there was only one person working, and they didn't speak English well.
Location
5.0
The hotel was a challenge to find, stuck in a dead-end street with the reception overlooking a garbage dump, which was not pleasant.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast was actually really good. I appreciated that they served it earlier than expected, and there were enough options to choose from.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were quite lacking. The pool was small and dirty, and the spa was basically a laundry room. I expected a lot more given the descriptions.
